The McAllen Chamber of Commerce is preparing for the 9th Annual International Food Festival. Running from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., this fun filled evening's theme will be a celebration of Mexico's 200th Year of Independence. The evening features restaurants promoting their cuisine and their city. A professional panel of judges will award exhibitors in the following three categories for the Independents, Franchisees and for the overall Theme: Best Food, Best Desert, and Best Display. There will be a grand prize to the best overall booth and food presentation. With an attendance of over 3000 last year, this is an advertising/promotional golden opportunity you don't want to miss.
