McALLEN
— The McAllen Chamber of Commerce will host the first Mexican Artisan Expo, “A
Vibrant Heritage,” from 5-10 p.m. Feb. 5 and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 6 across
the street from the Chamber, 1200 Ash Avenue.
Admission to the Expo will be free to the public and
there will be entertainment for the whole family with a music stage and Mexican
food. The community will be able to appreciate and purchase the arts and crafts
brought by the exhibitors from different states such as Chiapas, Jalisco, Guanajuato and Taxco,
among others.
